About

Leadership built on decades of practice

An accomplished leader with decades of experience in strategic and operational planning, cross-functional team leadership, and capability development.

I lead teams to optimise performance through talent strategies that close skills gaps and lift workforce engagement. Deep theoretical knowledge in leadership is reinforced by decades of practice across small and large team environments — integrating into existing teams and building new cultures that support individual performance and high-functioning groups.

I'm known as a problem solver, a clear communicator, and an ethical leader focused on delivering organisational outcomes. My work spans government, not-for-profit and commercial sectors, with a strong network across the Townsville and North Queensland region.
